- After you add the shopping item to draft-8© shopping basket and enter your address in the checkout process, you will find detailed shipping options and costs (for express shipping )before making the purchase process.
- Most our products are made to order, please allow up to 3 days for shipping.
- You will receive a tracking number as soon as your product has been shipped
- draft-8© is not responsible for any customs fees.
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do guaranteed to work with you until you are 100 % satisfied.
- Valid proof of purchase is required for returns & exchanges warranty.
- Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Customer is responsible for shipping product back to us. draft8© will take care of the shipping on the way back to you.
- All returns packages should be insured. There will be no refunds on items damaged or lost in shipping. Please see carrier options.
- Your account will be fully refunded within 3–10 days of receipt of your item.
- Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 20 days of the delivery confirmation date.
