I always loved design, compact and minimalist object & most of the time I couldn't find what I was looking for. So I started making products for myself, I really liked the idea of creating original & esthetic object and see that people around me liked them.
So we start !
Who ?
draft-8 © leather goods really came to life around 2013, I'm Romano, I'm French, my passion for design and my obsession with details made me want to create quality brand products. So we decided with my wife to create our own business.
We settle here in Canggu, Bali, and created a small team to do what we like to do every day : minimalist accessories. We set out to make products that look great and are highly durable, most of all products that WE love.
The meaning of draft for us is a rough sketch, rough outline, before making the final product ready to go in shops.
About number 8, I always liked it and it have many meaning, the number of perfection, infinity, harmony and balance, the lucky number.

Being within 5 minutes from our studio to the production place allows us to continually refine our processes and the quality of our product with the team.
