All items are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This includes faults in construction, hardware failure, or abnormal breakage under normal use.
This warranty does not cover natural wear, scratches, marks, or color evolution. Vegetable-tanned leather is designed to age — patina, darkening, and surface marks are part of its character, not defects.
Damage caused by misuse, excessive force, or improper care is not covered.
If an issue occurs, we will assess it and offer the most appropriate solution: repair, replacement, or store credit.
