• All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
• We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Express options are available at checkout, with detailed rates displayed before purchase.
  
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
• draft-8© is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees. These charges, if applicable, are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility upon deliver
  

Returns & Exchanges

• We work with you until you’re satisfied.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 20 days of delivery confirmation. A valid proof of purchase is required.
• Items must be unused and unaltered to be eligible. Any used or modified product will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We cover the shipping cost for sending the item back to you after exchange.
• All return shipments must be insured. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Refunds are processed within 3–10 days after the item is received and approved.
